all other things being equal, no, they should not raise children because these behaviors represent a deviance from normal societal behavior and children should be exposed to it as little as possible. Of course, there will be exceptions.

I don't think that a person's sexuality has any effect on the type of parent they'd make. I'd certainly be cool with a gay parent.
Sexuality shouldn't matter. What should matter is whether or not the person will make a good parent and will be able to raise and love a child.

It shouldn't be, but it's very hard to adopt a child. That's why couples go overseas, because it's so difficult to adopt here.
With out politically correct society, I wonder if it's now much easier for gays to adopt a child than it is for a straight couple? Don't bet a lot of money that I'm wrong.... If you're gay, you got power, and you can sue if things don't go your way.

It definitely makes me nervous. I was fortunate to be raised by loving parents (man and woman). I obtained motherly nurture and fatherly love. GLBT will not be able to give their children both. Is it better than foster homes or abusive homes, obviously. But, is it ideal? no.

yes, I do. I am bisexual, and I have a wonderful son. there is absolutelly no reason why people of different sexual orientations should not be allowed to raise children. it really has no effect on whether or not the child will grow up to be GLB. he or she will make that descision on their own. and the sexual orientation of the parents does not effect the parenting skills of said parents.

*let me clarify--i don't think a person/peoples sexual orientation should be an issue...people who have no business raising children do, so if a gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered person wants to raise a child they should be able to.

Yes! There are so many kids waiting to be adopted and we can't afford to descriminate against potential parents for something so unrelated to being good parents!

WHy the hell not. As long as they are not harming their children then who cares. There are a lot of straight people who shoudld not be allowed to be parents!

it all; depends on the the person. there are plenty of children out their that need to be adopted and if they could give them a loving home, then yes they should

yes. there are large numbers of children in care homes crying out for loving family's. if they meet the criteria required of anyone Else i don't see why benders should not adopt.
