I have Vonage - love the service (phone works great) but if you ever have to call them there is a good chance you will struggle to communicate with the person who answers the phone.

I have called them a half dozen times or so and my best experience was a guy who's accent was mild enough for me to understand him and he understood me! Only happened once though, the rest of the time we were both repeating ourselves over and over, it has been very frustrating!!

Never dealt with ANC.

i have broadvoice since 4 month it is the best land phone i have ever use, very clear and the phone is always working and the best thing i can call 35 countries for free, ( i have relatives all over the world), the downside is they do not have a 911 service, but they are working on getting this service (maybe in the next 6-12 month )

Vonage however are very overpriced, 24.95 for unlimited USA and CANADA only!!!!, I pay the same for broadvoice and i can speak to 35 other countries. anyway they are good service but they are overpriced

another company called Lingo they have good service, they have plans for 21.95 unlimited to USA and CANADA and Europe and they have 911 service. my Friend have it and he said it is really good
