This body that we live in must die---there is nothing that you or any doctor or any scientist can do to prevent it. Accept this fact and move on with your life. Fixating on death is not physically, mentally or spiritually healthy. the fact that you are having anxiety attacks is proof that the thought of death is have a negative effect on you. You say that you are very young---the very young should never worry about death. If you are watching too much TV, or going to too many movies (even G rated cartoons involve violence and death) or you are playing video games or listening to too much modern music, then it is no wonder that you are fixating on death. This is all satanic activity and it is directed at destroying your mind. I suggest that you cease from all of it. If it costs you some friend, so what? You can make some new ones. Your health is more important than catering to the needs of people who quite possibly are in worse shape than you are. Jesus is your answer. He loves you. Yes, he died, but he died for your sins and was raised from the grave on the third day to everlasting life. Those who believe in his atoning death at the cross are inheritors in his kingdom and in life eternal. Give your life over to Jesus and stop worrying about death. Jesus has conquered sin and death for you. All you have to do is believe in him and trust him.

Firstly, you can't stop "dying". Death is part of this world, God made it that way. Secondly, when you die you go before God's judgment throne and are judged. This sounds awful, but remember there are some really evil people in this world and death is the only thing that stops them. It is the great equalizer. If you have tried your best to follow God's commandments then you go to heaven, and if you didn't follow his commandments then ... well, just read Luke chapter 16 verse 19 on in the Bible. Thirdly, you should not be worrying about dying without good reason. St Paul advises "we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2nd Letter to the Corinthians chapter 10). I found this good advise for those nasty nagging thoughts. Life is meant to be enjoyed, your young, enjoy it. Get involved with sports or drama or something. Practice self discipline, do your homework, listen to wise advise, and live everyday so when your very old and finally it is your "time" you will be able to hold your head up high and not be ashamed of yourself.

hey. I used to be like that. I am 22 now. I would get physically sick (ya know, throw-up) every time I passed a cemetary or anything. It gets easier! I don't know if it's cause I realized that I didn't wanna live forever or cause I dealt with more deaths, but it did get easier. I still wonder and even worry sometimes about after-life. I am assuming you are not religious. I am not sure about religion and I think if I were more religious that I would have an even easier time dealing with it. BUT i am not, so that will be answered in time, i guess. If you need to talk more, e-mail me....... decaying_zombie_baby@yahoo.com trust me, the panic attacks will ease up soon! : )

I don't understand your question. First you say you have "panic attacks" then you say you are not afraid to die. Death is a stage of life, we all will experience it.

Just realize you are here for a reason and your time walking on the surface of this planet is precious so don't waste it with needless worry.

Study and learn. Become a person who performs autopsies. Do reports on near death experiences. Do research and really learn about it. Become an expert. You are obsessed with this so follow its course, in an intellectual way. Volunteer for hospice and get to know people who are dying. Visit dying people in the hospital and find out about it that way. Work at a nursing home, etc.

Live your life a day at a time. Do not be afraid of what tomorrow may bring. Know that each moment counts and remember, more people die of unnecessary worries than by living their lives to the fullest!

I went to a cemetery and read the tombstones. It's true if you read 20 or more, you will discover that most people get "three score and ten." This is what the Bible says. I learned to number my days at that cemetery and to realize that what is important is what I do with each day. Death will come, just as birth. I don't remember anything about my birth. I don't think I will remember my death either. What is important is what I do with today and knowing that God loves me and will help me when I ask Him.

Get professional help. You can't solve this problem in Yahoo answers. Panic attacks are not a good sign. Discuss it with your parents .... they are your first bastion of help. But I would think they too would want you to seek some counseling.

Focus on living. Look forward to your future, college, marriage, kids, whatever your goals are for living.Don't think about death, it is a thing with not time table, but don't let it control you or your life. Just living day to day can be scary, but it is worth living. Live the best life that you can. Be blessed..
