You make it clear in no uncertain terms that you are married and commited to your spouse. Don't ruin a life that you have worked hard to build just for a roll in the hay. If you have to avoid them at all cost but I prefer to direct approach and let them know that while you are very flattered you are commited to your marriage.

Oooh good question. I'm in the same situation, except reversed. I'm the girl in the situation and one of my guy co-workers makes it more than apparent that he's got the googily eyes for me. I talk to him and ok maybe I even do a little HARMLESS flirting with him, but I always make sure I bring up my husbands name. My co-worker is married too, so he pretty much backs off for a couple of hours and then bounces back with such abandon I'm surprised he doesn't hurt himself.
I'd say you need to really think about what it is you want. Do you want to have an affair (I'm not condoning this), but you need to be real to your wife. She's the innocent party. Either way... we're in the same situation. I'd like to know how this ends up.

Divorce your wife, she sounds like a real loser. Then, mail a dead chipmunk to your co-worker with a letter that says, "Unlike this chipmunk, my love for you will never die."

don't do it man...mixing it up on the job is ALWAYS bad ! When is ends..(if you don't get caught first) then you have to deal with the person all day at work, bad feelings and all. Save yourself the trouble and just say no.

Do you love your wife???? If you do than you need to ignore that other chick and keep it real with your wife. Tell that other chick that the guy in the copy room is cute!

Just let her know that you take your vows to your wife seriously and would never cheat on her. Let her know that you love you wife. If you don't she will think you want her and will continue to do it.
