What town are you staying in? You could use dialup in the hotel, but there are plenty of internet cafes - most airports etc and many McDonalds 'restaurants' have a wireless connection, too. Don't waste your whole holiday on the internet, though!!

check with locals - there may be internet cafes nearby - or you may be able to buy/rent an independant wireless like verizon anywhere - in southafrica it was "voda-go" it is a wireless card you could buy or rent that worked like a prepay cell phone - it was dialup by the minute
