Let's say I wanted to start a music group like Hello! Project in Japan or a group of girls who sing and dance like Mini Moni. Does anyone think that would be possible?

it is entirely possible. 13 yr olds have a lot of time. you dont have to worry about raising a family. it wouldnt matter if you did poorly academically because there isnt a whole lot of expectations put on 13yr olds. therefore u cant concentrate on the music group.
