all of the money that the celebritys and others gave to hurricane katrina victims, we have not seen a penny of it. you see us on t.v. saying how fema isn't helping and wonder if we have jobs, but you have to realize family members are gone extra kids were placed on our backs, loss of family and our city, new orleans is so much more than the frenchquarters and mardi gras. we have jobs but everything that we are doing has to start from scratch and we haven't seen any of the money these stars donated, what are we to do? i am furious

The best way is to use the web.
Contact the news media and let them know.
I'm really surprised that your local media hasn't helped get the word out.
I also recall Bill O'Reilly challenging the celebrities to give proof that their money would be used for folks like you.
Contact him and see if he can light some fires.

I'm so sadden by the damage caused to your city.
I love N.O. and wish the best to all you people.
I also pray that the mayor and other city leaders get their act together in the event of another disaster.

Make it public. People correct problems when they are shamed. DEMAND proof that money is being allocated to those who need it. Contact your local news and get people to listen. I bet you get a response real quick.
