I am 25 and work as a receptionist at a factory. The maintenance man who is 45-50 who tends to make his way upstairs where the offices are seems to make a point of coming into my office quite often and makes conversation with me, he'll make sarcastic comments and smile, when he hears me answer the phone he might copy me and then one day when the weather was bad we were talking and I said I hope that there is a snow day and he said that I'm not in school anymore so that doesn't happen. He shoveled the steps outside came back in and told me that he unlocked the door for me and then he said with a smile as I got up to pour some coffee 'how old are?' and I told him that I was 25, it seem like he was asking me cause he found me attractive but he was curious of my age so that he didn't feel guilty for having a crush on me. I'm attracted to him, his wife works there too but they are never together. Everytime he sees me he goes out of his way to say something usually sarcastic. What do u think?

By the way I am in a relationship with someone now for 6 years. I don't want anything with this man but I do find his attractive. I just wonder what someone else thinks about his actions.

He enjoys your company and likes you, so he's being charming. It's completely harmless and doesn't mean a thing until he takes more pervasive action, if he ever does. Sounds like he's being friendly, because he thinks you're pretty. That doesn't have to mean anything. Just enjoy his company, have a pleasant time at work, and don't let it go any farther. If it does, his wife will be hurt, but it sounds like the beginning of something sweet and romantic. Go with your best instincts, be careful of who may get hurt in the process.

If you get involved with a married man it will be a recipe for disaster, and somebody will get hurt. It sounds as if he as no respect at all for his wife which would mean that he wont respect you either. Stay well away and find romance with a single guy.

I think you need to avoid any relationship that is either with a married man or a man you work with.

I think that even if he can't respect his wife, you should. Take my advice. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH AN OLDER MARRIED MAN! It never ends well!

i think he obviously finds you attractive but he's married so his attempts at flirting with you just make him a dog.
