There are only a few school districts in the Cincinnati area that have been voted Excellent by the State of Ohio. You should start by doing a search of properties with more than 3 acres in those districts on www.sibcycline.com.

Excellent districts include Oak Hills, Madeira, Sycamore, Northwest, Forest Hills, Mariemont and Indian Hill.

Any of those areas, all in Hamilton County, would give you less than a 40 minute commute anywhere in the city.

Good Luck!

We are relocating to Cincinnati in 3 weeks. We did a lot of research on the area. The Milford School District is rated Excellent. It includes Milford and parts of Loveland, Miami Twp., and Union Twp. I know when I looked at some properties for sale online, there were some with acreage. The realtor we used, Sibcy Cline has a great website. It is www.sibcycline.com. You can search by school district, price, acreage, etc. Good luck!
