It is not a typo, it's a factual errors with how many scorer on previous World Cups 2006 teams have. They missed a scorer in WC 2002 for one of the teams.

Answer: They missed Scheider as a goal scorer for Germany in Worl Cup 2002. He scored against Saudi Arabia (his only international goal).

Before I read your addendum and all the comments I thought the mistake what the photograph there.... Players are not supposed to carry the net around the field. It is the ball you carry to the net, and not the other way around...
