T'pols grandmother crash lands on the Earth in the 1950's along with 2 other vulcans. The story is told in flashbacks by T'pol herself to Capt Archer over dinner. One of the vulcans is a mechanic and he looks just like Dan" homer" Castelleneta. Or maybe its the guy who played Quark in DS9. It's really bugging me. Has anyone seen the episode?

I have not seen the episode but I'd guess that it's not him as it doesn't appear as a credit in his IMDB listing:
