Been nearly 20 years since I last worked on a carb, it only has about 20k on it, running rough and mileage is way down. Can someone give some good reference sources to help me adjust a 4 bbl carb on an 87 Jeep Grand Wagoneer? It's an Edelbrock carb and intake on a 360 motor, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Before you go tearing stuff apart- check for vacuum leaks.

An Edelbrock should have some screws up front of it that are meant for tuning. One way leans it out, one way makes it richer. Figure out which is which by turning it to almost stall. You'll be able to tell how rich it is running.

Look up how to tune it on the internet, and you should find something right away.

Are you happy that it is in fact the carburetor.. It could be the exhaust manifold sucking in air causing the reduced mileage.....
