It depends.
How old are you? Ho much time do you spend with your porn? Ho much money? Does the porn inhibit your ability to have real relationships? Do you compare your sexual partners to the porn and find them lacking? Do your partners have a problem with your porn usage? And what kind of porn is it? Is it something that involves non-consent (rape, children. beastiality)? Is it a particular type of fetish porn? Have you ever done said fetish yourself and do you want to? So why are you looking at all this porn anyway? What do you get from it?
The answers to these questions will tell you a lot more then a bunch of strangers on a website will.

No addiction is not a phase it is a mental illness and you need to be treated for it. Or find a new addiction.
Smoking pot is popular and less harmful to your health.
OK, Seriously you need to examine why you feel so threatened by the object of your lust that you need to use pornography to demean them and make yourself feel more powerful. Then once you have the answer to that you should be able to kick the habit.

is not is just something that is giving you some relif . cna be dangerous if you end prefering porn instead of the real relation . so just be sure you like both as much and inthe meantime enjoy the porn is a safe way to have sexual pleasure these days.

Do you have to look at pornography every chance you get? Are you always masturbating? Would you rather look at porn, and masterbate than to share your love with another person?
