C.....because of the inductive effect, the charge will pass on to the other neutral body inductively.

the uncharged body will become turned on.

ie: some guy is moping on down the street when he comes in contact with a girl who has a brightly charged personality. immediately he will become charged himself, and pester her until she gives him her phone number.

if charged body is brought close then answer would be (A)
