Honey if you can't stand your husband then it's probably a good idea for you to sit & talk to him about how you feel about him. Then go from there.

The world is full of divorce lawyers, and if he doesn't really care, and no children involved, you can probably get a divorce by filling out the papers yourself, then filing them. I suggest a lawyer, judging by your writing, and I am not being cruel, just real. Leave ASAP, you are wasting precious time...time you will never get back.

Divorce isn't the answer here, don't you know that God is against divorce? Also, don't you know what you were getting yourself into when you got married, or was this a sporadic type of thing? You can't take marriage lightly, it is a life long commitment.

Been there, done that. If you aren't happy then don't stay. The longer you do, the harder it makes it to leave. If you are at the point where you just can't keep putting the effort in and getting nothing in return, then you need to leave. It's hard.

Talk to him about how you feel - marriage does take work. It takes work to keep it fresh and exciting, which requires both of you to put in 100%. Communicate with him and see how he's feeling too.
Ask him if he's willing to go to marriage counseling with you - it sounds extreme, but it really isn't and it can help you both a lot.

get out, get out now....There is no reason to stay and make both of you miserable. One of you will probably end up cheating. I made the same mistake had two kids and now have raised them by myself for 9 years.
Get out before things get worse

You already know what to do. File divorce and leave. Go find your true love and live happily. Life is too short to spend it miserable.
Good luck!
