Well, I hate to burst your bubble but you can't by an AMD laptop with DDR2 memory. The reason is that the current processors/motherboards employed by AMD do not support DDR2 memory. The AM2 motherboards and processors just released by AMD do support DDR2 memory but these are not currently employed in laptops. I can however, direct you towards an excellent Core Duo laptop that has all the features you could possibly want and DDR2 memory, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16834115223

But the most common AMD processor for laptops is now the Turion 64, not an Athlon and if you can do without DDR2 memory (and you'll have to, if you want an AMD processor), I found some that you might like over here, http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.asp?Submit=ENE&N=2030260032+1039316067+1292318470&Subcategory=32&description=&srchInDesc=&minPrice=&maxPrice=
