Yes--- i did tell one lie to get myself out of a BAD situation when i was a kid:
I was 6 n my friend asked me how i cud see faeries and wud i help her see them too ... i told her i cud make a magic potion (which i did, outa grass, dirt, mushrooms mixed with water from a puddle) and after she drank it, she had to go to hospital to have her stomach pumped :-(
I told everyone she made me do it but she really didn't.
Thanx 4 the chance to confess ---- i still feel guilty!!!

Tell a lie to get out of a bad situation. Yes. But put the blame on someone else. No that I would not do.

Er, no, don't think so. Unless I did when I was little and got my little sis into trouble but she deserved it!
Why are people saying that those who say they don't lie are liars? That wasn't the question. He didn't ask have you ever lied? Of course everyone has some time. Even my 1 year old knows how to lie!

Yes once. But the person who got blamed was a nasty peice of work. He'd done much worse to other people and deserved what he got so it didn't bother my conscience. I've never done it to a truly innocent person and wouldn't.

Yes, of course, but in the context of sibling rivalry. Anybody with a brother or sister knows what I'm talking about. It's a common thing in childhood.

yes i sometimes might lie to get myself out of real trouble, but try not to point at anyone else so that they won't get blamed. if someone would get in trouble because of my lie, then i would confess rather than hurt other people.

I once broke wind in a busy shop queue and listened to two men almost come to blows blaming each other for doing it

yes .a lie is a natural instinct that will immediately activate in case of danger but this self defense state has a flaw it is deactivated when you hear the word "ill pay you"

Yes, when i was younger I used to throw pieces of my dinner under my little brothers chair as my mum wouldn't let us leave the table until we'd finished!! So obviously she thought he'd done it!! and I got to go play with my friends whilst my brother got extra portions!
