Is there any government jobs out there you can get without having a college degree?

If so...what kind of jobs...if you know

www.fedjobs.gov I've been working for the Fed Gvt for over 5 years now, and DON"T have a college degree, in fact most of the people in my office (45) don't have a college degree. Check out your local State employment office. Keep in mind, it takes a while and there is an extensive background check. So keep your nose clean, stay out of debt and have a good work ethic. Good Luck.

There are always clerical positions (phone, filing, etc) available within Governmental agencies.

There are also on occasion Dept. of Transportation positions available as well....

Federal jobs are always in abundance, but sadly....this varies state and state and suffers highly from Affirmative Action Laws and Bylaws(the ultimate "minority" slap in the face.)

I would search for your state (_insert here_) + federal employment on Google or something and get cracking.

Have fun, and good luck!....federal positions are useful because they can be transferred state to state once they're obtained and you have a good track record.
