People love to say things negative towards others. Let it go as then they will realize it isn't bothering you. Talk with your sister and tell her it isn't her fault this has happened and that people are jealous and cruel and that she is very special and someday a man will come along that will show her that love she so badly try to get with her ex. Tell her to not let people get her down and not to worry about what those busy bodies have to say...

Whoever is teasing your sister is ridiculous and immature. Be there for her and support her, tell her to pay no mind to those people who are being so insensitive to her. Try to keep her around positive people if you can.
