I don't think they mind and I think that women are a little bit more discrete..sometimes :)

sometimes if I notice that it is hard, i look at it in awe but you have to be careful not to let them notice you looking at the bulge, they might get the wrong idea. When I was in middle school I used to sit on the side line of the pool just to watch this one guy get out, it was HARD, HUGE, and at ATTENTION!!!

i dont there isnt much point to it. i'm sure that men like to think we are, if i really need to know dancing is a good way to find out, other than that i couldn't care less what they are walking around with because i know they are far more impressed with it than i'll ever be! they are fascinated by those things aren't they?

Yes I do, only when it kind of jumps out at you (tight pants, etc.) and I think some of them do it on purpose, while others are too busy staring at my chest to notice where my eyes are aimed.
