I agree with all the other answers. I used to get horrible cramps, the kind that made me want to passout, I found that Tylenol menstrual/Midol or any pain reliever, doing some light jogging, and a heating pad after my jog worked really well. Even though exercising seems like the last thing you want to do, getting those muscles working helps loosen them up so that you don't have that "cramping" feeling. That's why as another person suggested "orgasms" help because they cause the muscles in your uterus to move and loosen or uncramp. Good luck!

My grandma told me this and it works. If you use tampons all the time, try using a pad when your flow is really heavy. Sometimes the blood gets clotted and needs to get out but can't when you're wearing a tampon. I hate pads, but when I started using them for the first 2 days of my period (cuz thats when mines the heaviest) I really noticed the difference. Now I hardly ever take modol or anything because I don't have nearly as much pain.

I recommend the pill, i had such undesirable era pains that i couldnt visit college, i could sense dizzy and ill, and would desire to slightly focus. So i went onto the pill as pronounced by using the universal practitioner, and the subsequent month while my era grew to become into due, i couldnt sense something (it additionally makes them lighter and that they dont final as long). A year on, and that i've got in no way suffered in view that! yet, in the experience that your no longer prepared on the pill then i think of you will desire to circulate to the universal practitioner and he would desire to furnish you some thing for them. yet another solid concept is to take a seat with a water bottle at the back of you, attempt warm baths, or using those cua-warmth pads you need to purchase from any save like boots or superdrug. Or a great marketplace. solid success, :)

I am not female so I really don't know what you are going through, but one of my ex-girlfriends used to bend forward at the waist over the back of a couch. When I was around I would rub her back at and around the base of her spine. She said this helped somewhat.

Go have an orgasm. No, I'm not being perverted. An orgasm will help releive your cramps and give you a bit of fun in the process.
