IF MARRIED, THE SPOUSE BEING LEFT MAY LEGALLY HAVE THE ABILITY TO KEEP LEAVING SPOUSE FROM TAKING THE CHILDREN TO ANOTHER STATE. IF NOT MARRIED BUT CHILD SUPPORT IS IN PLACE,STILL MAY NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE CHILDREN OUT OF STATE..SHOULD CHECK WITH AN ATTORNEY BEFORE LEAVING.

You should do everything you can to try and save and work on this marriage. Seek counseling and why are you wanting out of the marriage? If it is just because you are not in love i dont see a reason for divorce here.

I know this must be difficult for you. You have to do what's in your heart. There is no sense if you are not in love to make yourself miserable. The children will adjust. Good luck to you.
