I didn't watch it last night, and I'm interested to see the rest of it if it's online any where. I think the worst part is that the people that REALLY need to see it aren't about to watch John Stewart. It's a shame really. I really liked the whole "Gay Ceiling" comment, and the acknowledgement that queers are members of families already.

Personally, I haven't heard a REAL logical reason why same sex marriage is a bad thing. The best I've heard is that, according to the government, the reason that people get tax breaks because of being married is because married people are having kids who will grow up to be the next tax payers. I'm paraphrasing, and it may sound like I've made that sound worse, but I really haven't. The actual quote made kids sound even more like chattel than that! It's still crap though.

Good job to Jon Stewart though. He does have the impressive ablility to keep the topic on. Frankly, I want him to moderate the debates. That'll keep the candidates on their toes!
