First of all your age makes a world of difference in this type of situation. If you are undee 18, living with your parents then you really really have no choice but to respect there position. Be patient and deal with this once your 18. If you are over 18, then it's a simple thing, in that you do what you think is best for you. Just remember, in life for everything you gain there is a cost. In this instance, both of you had better be willing to be alienated from your families. On the other hand, sometimes a union like yours, forces the families to forget there differences because the parents have the decision to make about you as well as any future grandchildren

Whatever you do, don't live out the rest of the story.
Romeo & Juliet
I guess what you could do is keep trying to explain how you two feel or if it is that serious wait til you're old enough to get married and to have kids, that way you can make the two families one, there's nothing like the love for a child to bring peace to a family.
Oh Yeah! There is one more thing you both can try and that is to find out what started the fued from the begining,
If you both can get to the bottom of the problem may be it can be fixed.
Why not just give it a try.

Romeo & Juliet A true love story come true:) If difficult because you want your family to be happy & excited about the love in your life, but life isn't always so sweet. I got married when I was 19 and my father was totally disgusted. He did not walk with me down the aisle and didn't speak to me for over a year, but the love I had and still have for my now husband was stronger than what mom & dad thought or felt. I guess you should ask yourself is it LOVE or lust. Because it can be tricky, but love is definetly worth going after. My hubby & I will be celebrating our 5th yr. anniversary on the 16th June of 2006. Just pray about it girl and ask the LORD to guide you.

If you both like eachother then be together. You both need to tell your familys that whatever they have against eachother has nothing to do with you and your bf. Tell them how much you like eachother and that you aren't going to stop seeing eachother.
Your family and his family might not like it at first, but eventually they will be ok with it - but it might take a long time. Stick with what you say and don't worry about what anyone else says regarding your relationship.

Why are your family's enemies? You have to make yourself happy or no one around you is going to be happy. Stay with him and see where it takes you. Your family just may come around in the end and find that they really don't hate each other. It was just a big misunderstanding.

Just ask yourself, do I want to be happy? Am I living my life for my family? What do I want? Do I love him with every inch of me? Will I regret my decision?

Try to keep the relationship low key until you reach 18 and then you are free to do as you wish
