Yes it is. Mostly because your body has more recovery. And because with a natural birth you are able to be up and moving as normal shortly after with a c-section you have a healing period where you are not as active.

Losing weight is harder unless you can do cruches and ab work. Thats what tones things up and keeps you from having a beer belly looking monstrosity. And yes a c section does make it harder to do ab work. Most women don't do ab work anyway though so no worries just be flabby.
On a sweeter note a c section keeps thing tight where it counts.
CONGRATULATIONS!

Its hard to lose weight after any baby, the recovery period is almost irrelevent because you have different problems and usually stitches after a vaginal delivery. The time that it takes to recover from a c-section is only slightly different from that of a vaginal. Dont push your body, but do what you can as you feel your body is ready.

Well you can't exercise to help your abdomen go back into shape. Your suppose to recover for like 2 months, no lifting, excercising, etc. I was in so much excruciating pain that I wasn't even thinking that way yet. I don't know if this is an option for you, but I strongly recommend vaginal delivery.

It not hard, but you do have to wait 6-8 weeks to start working out hard. Where your muscles have been cut it can be a alot harded. I'm still trying to get rid of my baby fat too.
