I think so, hyenas are cute and do what they need to, to survive in the harsh conditions, I always thought hyenas were mean and stupid because of The Lion King said so, but my friend opened up my mind and showed me how cut they were. So I agree with you, they did. and jeez these other people are harsh too...

Hyenas didn't get a bad name from the Lion King. Watch any National Geographic special on the Sarangeti plain and you'll see that reputation is totally deserved for the disgusting little carnivores.
That's like saying Finding Nemo gave seagulls a bad name.

It does sound like prejudice against hyenas. Hyenas are considered cowards and scavengers. They aren't pretty and they giggle when they start to eat a dead animal. They sound like they enjoy it.

its a kids movie. . if it had that bad of an effect on hyenas then pay attention to what else disney has produced and that has even WORSE effects. . ..

not me, but I think the movie made the lions look too good. Lions are not cute and cuddley when you're a nice meal for them.

Hyneas suck,they are coward weak lings,good for nothings they are little evil carrion sukers. they are not cute,cuddly,majestic,powerful like lions.lions rock.So they were out of luck...!because of their bad reputation they got bad names.
