Get a llitle more sleep. And if your in collage or high school, take a little break from all those studies. You might just be frustrated with everthing that is going on, maybe too much for you? So don't take as much responsability as you already do

try exercising regularly, this method has been proven to be effective in combating negativity or depresion feelings and known to improve your overall well being and do things to pamper yourself, draw your lines in the sand and don't let others cross your emotional boundaries, be assertive not aggressive, and forgive yourself and others , so that you may move past your anger, you already know lonleyness and there is no reason to stay, so open your heart and your mind, and I promise you will have better days

the question really comes back to you hon...
what about your life dissatisfies you?
can you change it?
or
can you learn to live with it?
its okay to scrutinize....that's the analyst
its okay to hold on to things...that's the source of memories...
but it sounds like there is an underlying cause...
for me, i felt that way twice...once, married to an alcoholic for 10 years, who had no inkling of self improvement
and during one of my pregnancies....{too many hormones}
there is no easy answer....it is something you will need to think deeply about, and truthfully it could be anything from your job, your spouse, maybe even your childhood....
the only answer i can give you for temporary relief....
laugh, laugh , laugh...
watch a movie that tickles your funny bone, watch comedy central, cartoons, catch a live comedy show....
let loose, and laugh, it really helps
Brightest Blessings to you!
you'll be ok.

Take yoga or meditate. It will relax you and you will never be stressed out if you do those exercises again. Also, yoga tones your muscles.

Just sit with it until you get tired of it. Quit running in circles, that just prolongs it!
