depends on what type of headaches you have.
I know I guy who lost his peripheral vision at the age of 18 and since then he has had one constant headache, the doctors have no idea what it is. For some people it's stress, they need to get rid of stress and then the headaches stop, and for others it's tightness in the neck and back. I suggest going to a chiropracter or a family doctor to see what's wrong.
God bless

Mainly try to relax. It's usually caused by tight muscles on the scalp, neck, shoulders, back. Get someone to give you a massage. When you feel a headache coming on try to do some stretches so it doesn't get worse, and move around, change your position if you're sitting. Also if you have a bad mattress or pillow that can do the same. If that doesn't work you could get a Rx for Naprosyn or Amitriptyline.

While Tylenol and other pain medicinecan help, the best solution is to go to a doctor and find out what type of headaches you have. It could be something simple like sinus headaches caused by allergies which can be treated with allergy pills and avoidance of the things that trigger your allergies. It could be migraines. Then you'd have find your triggers and try to avoid them if possible. Then there are the cluster headaches and tension headaches. Not to scare you, but brain tumours can also cause headaches. So your best bet is to get to a doctor to find out what type and get treated for that type.

If you really want to get rid of them - plus additionally strenghten your body's self-healing power - then enjoy a one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax.
The effects are amazing!
I have experienced it myself and really do recommend it.
But ... it's only available in California or Europe until now, the travelling is far worthwile!

I have headaches almost every single day. And I don't mean regular headaches I mean migraines. The ones where have to lay in the dark, everything stinks and you feel like throwing up. I went to see my doctor yesterday because right before I get my headache I see something called what my anatomy teacher refers to as an ora. That is where you see tunnel vision and than everything is fine, vision wise. My doctor put me on imitrex (100 mg) at the beginning of a headache, and this was because maxalt was making me sick and he also put me on this medicine called Zomig (Two tablets at 5mg each). He also put me on something called Verapomil (180 mg). I took the Imitrex while I had my headache and it knocked it out.
In the past I had to go into the E.R. and get shots of narcotics and I felt high when I came out fo the hospital. Problem is that these can become addictive.
If these things don't work I need to go and see a neurologist.
My doctor, who is a great doctor, said I should only worry about tumors if the headaches are persistant with no relief from medication and I have either a lump or a rash on my head. So don't get worried. If all else fails medication wise they will get to the bottom of it if you have a good doctor anyways. Sometimes it can be genetic as well. My mother has persistant migraines as well as my grandmother and my aunt. And others!
Talk to your doctor is what I would suggest!
Good Luck!
