when I use Internet explorer , when I click ona link , a new page opens but it is blank, why?

Internet Explorer on my CPU does the same thing sometimes.
To get around it, right click on the link and select "open in new window".

it will always be blank until the page loads

all browsers do that sometimes. noting on the web or off is perfect
