assign shortcut keys to words / phrases to paste wherever asand when needed?

Question

in MS word how can one assign a word or phrase, etc., to shortcut key combination so that I can paste them wherever in the document ... i may have to store more than one word/ phrase in memory to paste them at appropriate places in the document ... ..macros or what else?

Instead of writing Word macros, you may find it easier to use a 3rd party utility like hotkeybind that will let you use hotkeys in ANY program to recall words, phrases, entire pages, etc.
