It's possible, but it will be hard, since Roloson was a huge part of the team's success. It depends on how well the rest of the team plays, and how ell (or poorly) the 'Canes play.

There is always a chance! Remember the Oilers went out and acquired Rolosen because neither of their goalies were doing all that well. If they are to have a chance they must win game two in Carolina. I hope they do! If my beloved Sabres can't win the cup this year I'm pulling for the Oilers.

they have a chance, yet that chance is amazingly slender. they'll make the playoffs this season. in spite of the undeniable fact that the authentic question about prevailing the cup is their being waiting to evolve to a clean ecosystem. The playoffs are different than the favourite season. different communities who've been contained in the playoffs each and every 3 hundred and sixty 5 days comprehend what it truly is favor to be in that level. they replace their concepts set. some communities grow to be a lot extra aggressive or offensive in the course of the playoffs. maximum communities may strengthen a particular part of their gameplay. What the Leafs prefer to do is strengthen each and each and every of the products of their recreation for the playoffs. in the adventure that they can get that performed, I guess you that they'll be contained in the most suitable.

well roloson getting injured hurts their chances. now we get to see if they are truly a great team or just a team who was riding a hot goalie. a goalie can win a series but is only as good as his defensemen. it also helps if the team scores big goals and clicks on the powerplay. mistakes make and break series'. so i think the chance is smaller with each loss. two teams came back from 0-2 deficits to win the cup-detroit (1942) the other one i do not know who it is.

Those low down sneaky 'Canes! The Oilers will win dispite Rollies untimely demise. And Conklin had better pull up his jock strap. No more bonehead moves.

Of course, if the team doesn't do any more dumb things. i.e., have the goalie bumble the puck or actually stop a puck with their sticks not their skates, they should do fine. The goalie is not the only team member. The rest of the team should do just fine.

it's hard. in some of the games roloson was the only thing that kept their team in the running. and also if the backup makes a move like the one in the last game. they are done for.
