I can't gurantee it's the best way to relieve stress, but one or two helpful suggestions would be to study early so when the day comes you aren't freaking out about studying enough. Also taking your mind off the exams some is great, whether it's through relaxing with friends, watching a movie, or whatever else you like to do, it will help get rid of built up tension that might be keeping you from studying well.

although praying is good just taking the time to breath is a good help. I read just yesterday that bananas and chocolate are good to eat before and during the test because it will calm you and get rid of headaches. I found I was not very stressed today during my final because I knew I was passing, I didn't feel the pressure but If I needed the points bad I would just tell myself that it is just a class and I can do it if I just calm down.

Work strictly to an efficient for your needs study plan. Remember all work and no play can make you very stressed too though. So take time to be with your family and friends, and take at least ten minutes daily to have quiet time thinking of absolutely nothing. Good luck for exam time. :-)

Make sure to eat properly and regularly. Bad nutrition can make you feel ill. Also, get plenty of exercise (as time allows of course). But do make time for at least a short daily walk. It will help you feel better, give you more energy and you will sleep better also. It's also a good way to clear your mind so you can concentrate better later on.

Review your topics everyday, like it is a never failing (pun intended) habit. Like an addiction to study. Not all day now, you have to play a little... Just a couple of hours, minimum, and your relaxed genius will shine through, no sweat!
