I`m trying to get my hair to grow and someone recomended for me to take these, but aren`t they for pregnant women?

take them besides making your hair grow it will do the same for your nails

Yes - that is why they call them pre- natal vitamins. Just be careful with them they do make your nails and hair grow but they also make you gain weight.

you can take them too. They will make your hair and nails grow.
