Is the lead singer from (the) International Noise Conspiracy the same guy who sang for the Refused?

I think they are the same but my other friends say they are not

He's the same guy - Dennis Lyxzén.

Here is some back story to use when you go and prove your friends wrong:

The (International) Noise Conspiracy is a garage rock band with punk rock influences, consisting of Dennis Lyxzén (vocals), Inge Johansson (bass), Lars Strömberg (guitar), Ludwig Dahlberg (drums) and Sara Almgren (organ and guitar). Dennis formed The (I)nc almost immediately after the break up of his former band, Refused.
