Hi

My friend had trouble getting pregnant.

The doctor told her to put a pillow under the small of her back, and when your partner has finished lift her legs in the air and raise your bum up to.

Hold it there for about 5 mins.

This allows more sperm to travel and you will not loose any. Thus more sperm to fertilise the egg.

Hope this helps.

My freind has two children now and a third on the way!!!!

Dont stress though as this can stop you concieving

It worked for me!!! When me and my husband would have intercourse we would place 1-2 pillows beneath me and I would stay like that for 10-15 minutes because it allows the sperm to stay inside of you for a longer amount of time and give you a better outcome. I got pregnant right away!! I believe it works.

It worked for me :)

If you are desperate i say it wouldn't hurt. I did it and was pregnant within 2 months of trying. It won't help those guys swim any faster but it will help keep more of them inside so larger percent chance that one of them will make it.

No, it doesn't matter. You could try to suck sperm out with a turkey baster and a bunch of them would still get to your egg- they're hardy little beasts.
