You don't need to keep your legs vertical. Just keep your hips raised, like put a pillow under your butt to tilt your hips. And try not to go to the bathroom for about an hour.

It helped me. Because the sperm does leak out when you're in the sitting or standing position. By keeping your legs in vertical position, it will keep the little guys inside of you longer.

You need something under your bottom area or I was told to lay on back and bring my knees to my chest and try to stay like that for awhile. In a matter of minutes the sperm liquifies and goes the way you want it to go instead of down your leg...lol. Don't pee or get up for atleast 30 minutes. Good Luck!!
