While proper names often have equivalents in another language, they are not normally translated. If your name is Glen, it is Glen regardless of the language used.

My good friends name is Glen and he took french, I think he told me there isn't a good translation so you might have to find the root of the name and then try to translate. sorry i'm not of more help
