If you want to maximize your gaming experience, then you'll have to upgrade both your RAM (if your motherboard allows it) and your video card.
If you want to invest the money and have something that'll last you a while, then skip the 256 MB Video cards and go for the bigger boys.
2 GB of RAM will help as well.

use nvidia geforce 7 series or ATI radeon..good for gamers
