If you forgot your secret question answer then nothing is possible without calling particular service provider's customer center no.
So, just call to him for reset your password. Even Yahoo also reset your password thru Customer center.

There's an option to just have the password e-mailed to your alternate e-mail address on file, then the secret question is bypassed. If you don't have a second e-mail and it is Yahoo Mail you are trying to recover, just make a new account and don't let this happen again, if it's another service like your ISP Comcast or something just call them and they will reset your password for you.

well, next time, for future stuff, make all your passwords 1 thing, so you either always remember it (probably) or you lose all your stuff (bad side, usually never happens, and if it does, try getting a new brain rather than a 2nd membership)
But you can try everything you know. Can't really help ya there

you have to wait 12hrs. When you continue entering your password and the asked you your personal question they will asked you for you alternated address, providing you remember or have one. If no luck within 12hrs to a day you get it back..
