Question

can some PLS tell me where i can go to find a really cheap muffler for my car? i have a 2003 chevy cavalier and i'm wanting to fix it up to look more sporty. i want that race car sound. anyone have any ideas what kind of muffler i should get and where is the cheapest i can get it. (online or off)

They seem to have pretty cheap stuff. I'm still thinking about buying some fibreglass fenders for my car from them ( cheapest price yet! :) )

You could always try eBay. I'm sure someone will have a used muffler. If you want the full performance exhaust sytem, you'll have to pay big bucks....usually between $500 - $1000 depending on the system.

if you mean really really cheap we have a junk yard here in moline illinois area called you pull apart. you can go into this yard and for $10 you can have all you are able to carry out by yourself. maybe you have something like that in your area.

if there is a local automotive scrap yard where they mash cars maybe they have a slightly used muffler.

check the yellow pages.

also most junk yards are on a satellite network. if your local yard doesn't have it maybe another one not too far away does?

find a local performance shop, the can guide you through the process of building your car whether it be for speed or looks.
