Dr. Doom is extremely inventive, but Brainiac just plain thinks faster...a lot faster. He's also noticeably older. He very much has the edge as far as I'm concerned. And he's also a criminal with an interstellar reputation; Victor Von Doom, to my know;edge, has never had a collection of shrunken cities of the universe.
On the other hand, Doom IS a master of robotics. If they ever were to clash, Brainiac would well advised to masquerade an a bionically enhanced mortal.
Advantage: Brainiac.

Sorry to disagree with everyone but I believe Brainiac would take the Dr out.
Brainiac can tap into every computer and put doom out.

I hate them both but Brainiac is jsut more evil. He killed all of Krpyton by lying and trying to get Jar-El arrersted right before the planet blew up.

r u kidding brainiac can take out that doom guy with his circuits closed, seriously how can the doom guy bet pure code out of which brainiac is made of. he doesn't have his own physical form.
