My concern would be having God as first in my life and putting my health in order. Then being happy to follow His Ten Commandments. If indeed, I have my five senses, I am good to go. I don't look too bad where looks are concerned. Again, my greatest interest is in having an inward beauty. Remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31 Peace and God Bless.

My concern at turning 50yrs, was whether or not I would make it to 60. You see, my mother passed away at 67 from a massive heart attack [no family history]. Now that I'm 57, I'm concern about the next ten years of my life. So, I'll live, laugh and love myself until the day comes when I can no longer do anything. As a frame of reference, many people do not live past 12-years, so I'm satisfied to have live this long, however, I do pray, that God will let me see 80yrs.

Turning fifty, I am becoming hefty. Certainly, the feeling that I could not achieve much what I wished for all these years. But, a ray of hope still blewing in mind making me happy is that in another few years to come I shall get what I want. try, try and try, be healthy and positive. that is the spirit of life.

Hey look people. 50 isn't that old. once you're at sixty though then you can start worrying about senior discount. right now though, you're like forty plus ten. So enjoy it. maybe buy a nice car. It'll be 35 years till I'm 50 so I'd live it up. you're only middle-aged once!

Two more years! Really, I don't think it has much to do with our chronological ages as it does with our state of mind.
I know that for some that's a hard one to swallow, but I do believe that our state of mind very much depends on how well we take care of ourselves physically, eat well, be involved with things outside of ourselves and being sure to laugh A LOT! (At least one good belly laugh a day).
A positive attitude is the best medicine around.

There should be a freeing feeling. Just think of the knowledge U've acquired. Just think when U reach menopause, no more periods.no more PMS and unlike yr younger peers you know who the hell you are. And U can't get pregnant.
There is a new door opening. enjoy and celebrate your life. You can now say you are the ultimate woman.Be happy and positive.

One thing is job discrimination. There is lots of discrimination and older workers have more trouble getting hired sometimes.
Also hoping my health will hold out. As chronic diseases become more likely with aging. Also i am a bit worried about HRT issues with menopause. I hope my symptoms are not bad and I won't feel i need to take HRT.

Health issues. I think of 50 as the time my kids will be out and I and my husband can once again be "single". I do worry about our health.
