You can not directly connect a USB cam to a TV with or without an adapter. The output of the cam is a digital stream designed to be read by a computer, not a TV. If your computer has a video output, you could run that to the TV.

I used to have a cam that I got with a computer I bought in '95 and it came with an analog cam with an s-video connection.
Find one of those and they might just work as a cam.

No U cannot do either .... OR maybe U can and they don't work
easiest is get a tv tuner card , which has an input 4 usb ... many r compatible, but not all !

Nope. The TV would have no software to be able to use the camera.
