I love cheese, but I would have to say that Pepperjack and Sharp Cheddar are my favorites. Too hard to decide between the two.

SwissAmericanPepperjack Have u ever tried that kind its yummy i eat it all the time my friends love it when i make it . Maytag blue cheese is good to i didn't make up that kind if ur wondering how i know so much about cheese is becuz i am a chef for lil jon and tody keith i have made them supper before i do it alot now.

Mexican cheeses: Ranchero, chihuahua, panela, Oaxaca.
Others: mozzarella.
But I think that chesses taste very different across the world.
Personally I do not love american cheeses. They're fine but not as good as mexicans.
