I heard 8 hours in standard but 7 hours is sufficient. If you didn't get enough sleep during the week you can make up for it on the weekend and sleep all day if you want to and trust me it makes up for it!

6 to 8 hours. When you wake up unassisted, that's usually when you've had enough. Time this the next time you go to sleep. Researchers have said, the more sleep you get, the longer you will live, even though we all need less as we get older.

8 hours is for lazy person. Do not sleep more than 1 hour. you can save time and work more. Time is more important than sleep.
