Who has a Mini Cooper S and what do you think about it?

I'm interested in these cars and would like to buy in in a few years. Who has one and what do you think about it?

My brother has one--and I was surprised at how much leg room it has--he is 6 ft. 2 in.,and has room to stretch out.It is a really neat little car!

I had a Mini cooper 03' just traded it in a few months ago. In my expeirnce they are awesome cars, but mine seemed to be a peice of crap. 2 months after I bought it...brand new...both the driver and passenger windows motors blew out so the windows were stuck up. Then 3 months later it happened again. My leather seats started ripping about 8-9 months of purchase. I think one more thing had to go wrong with it for it to be a lemon. THey even told me at the dealership they are known for a lot of electrical problems with the car. I'd say buy something else. I had headaches with mine. Plus with 4 ppl in the car it is a nightmare no room whatso ever. Not a good car for traveling either. b/c of the space issue. no trunk space. front has a lot of leg room but the back seats no. Also I forgot the paint on the inside of my door panels starting shipping off. This car wasn't beat on or anything, but I had a lot of problems

I want that car sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad but they are sooooo expensive even the used car ones.But i still prefer the old 1970s over the new but I would take any.
