How do I get yahoo to return excessive click charges?

Yahoo's overture system recently charged our business over 1000 this weekend because of click charges they claim we a responsible for an article with a link that ran. We did not know about the article ask to be linked or anything else. We are protesting our charges and right now Google looks pretty good. Any one with a phone number to complain to yahoo is appreciated. I would love to use their own site to post it
