if it is a migraine, lay down in a quiet dark room. just try to fall asleep. also, drink a lot of water. (dehydration makes it much worse!) you can also take a different pain killer (advil, tylenol, motrin)

!) Place an ice pack or ice cold can on the nape or top ofyour neck.
2) Place same type of item on your temple.
3) Pinch & massage the flesh between your thumb and index finger with the thumb & index finger of the other hand.
4) Use your thumb and the knuckle of your index finger to firmly hold onto your earlobe.

5) & my favorite- Go waterskiing, there's almost nothing so bad in life that waterskiing can't make it better.

Get something round like a hard ball or coke bottle. Sit down and roll the ball under your feet in the arch. Press kind of hard.

caffeine works but it will come back stronger most of the time..
take a nap if you can, bath/shower, dim the lights, cool clothe on head.. relax.

I never take asprin so thats what i do.

pinch or squeeze the fatty fleshy part of your hand between your thumb and index finder. There is a pressure point in that part of your hand that will temporarily relieve a headache.

Try drinking a large bottle of gatorade. It helps rehydrate you. If you have a buddy close by ask them to massage your neck and shoulders.

drink black tea! then put slight vicks on the temples,thentie a cloth on your forhead, and then put out the lights and go to sleep for at least 1/2 hour.
