i use it for acne problems....will i become immune to only this drug? or will i become immune to other antibiotics just in case i really need them later in life?

you can be prescribed it after you've taken some, but no, you can't stay on it for long periods of time.

Cefalexin is an antibiotic and cannot be used long term because one would develop an immunity to it and it would not work any more.

you can eventually develop an allergy to it but if you have a chronic skin infection that needs antibiotic management, then the risks are worth it.
