YIIIIKES!!!! There is no "right" age.... it's a question of maturity. Worst case, in your situation, is a pregnancy results from sex... are you ready to be a parent? Financially, emotionally... I would guess the answer is "no". Also, most teen age boys are only interested in sex... not the emotion or responsibility that comes with it. My advice...hang on till college!!

There really is no answer to that, except that it is illegal for the under 16s. You should really wait until you meet the "right one". I know that sounds really stupid but when we have so many deseases out there it isn't worth the risk. Getting Aids or anything like that can affect the rest of your life. Please think about the risk is first. Better yet get married first!

Sex is a big responsibility. All kinds of things can happen if you aren't care-full. STDs for example. Some are incurable. Plus I am one for pro-life. Babys are wonderful but they are also very hard. You should be married.

I would say that there isn't a set age. It's maturity level.....and of course being married always help. But the maturity level is important because you need to be old enough and able to take responsibility for your actions....for example pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases. I don't mean to preach....just my opinion.

when you have a decent job, and a roof over your head or about 25 years, but the law of the land says 16. Like anything, its risky if you don't really know what you are doing so if it all turns up pear shaped you then have to grow up very fast.

There isn't a 'right age', just when YOU feel comfortable with the person concerned.
